Chief Executive Officer
Rosanna is MBA qualified and has more than 26 years’ experience as a senior administrator and leader in both the private and public sectors in Australia and the United States. Rosanna has worked in Reno, Nevada as CEO of the Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Agency, a regional government organisation chartered to work with local governments and a range of stakeholders to plan and manage land use, natural resources and infrastructure provision in a coordinated fashion. In the late 1980s and 90s, Rosanna worked in Tasmania in various roles in agriculture and natural resource management.
Manager - Engagement & Communications
Melissa’s role is to lead NRM North's community engagement team and raise awareness of natural resource management in the northern region through media events and community functions. Melissa has more than 22 years' experience in engagement and communications and worked as a journalist for 15 years, including a position as Journalist In Charge of the ABC in northern Tasmania. For most of her career, Melissa has been responsible for reporting on environmental and agricultural issues.
Manager - Corporate Services
Fiona is responsible for NRM North’s financial management and reporting, contract management, legal compliance and human resources. Fiona has a background in public accounting and is an MYOB certified consultant.
Manager - Operations
Amanda's position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including managing program staff and coordinating works programs, NRM strategy development and implementation, developing partnerships and investment proposals and reporting to funding bodies. Amanda has over 13 years’ experience working in the NRM field and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Tasmania with an honours degree in fluvial geomorphology.
