NRM North’s Coastal Community Grants program provides small grant funding to local community groups and not-for-profit organisations to help enable them to continue to achieve positive environmental change across Northern Tasmania.  Volunteers contribute much to the conservation and rehabilitation of some of our most iconic and special places, and we would like to support groups in this endeavour.

The Tamar Estuary and Esk Rivers (TEER) Program has released the Tamar Estuary report card for 2011. The report card is a snapshot of the health of the Tamar Estuary and has been developed through the TEER Program’s Ecosystem Health Assessment Program (EHAP).
